How we work
A free call with Nycole and Andy
Thirty minutes with Nycole, our designer, and co-founder Andy to talk through her style, your budget and your timing. You don't need to know a thing about carats or gold colours; almost nobody does. Maybe you have photos saved, maybe you have nothing. Both work. Mums and sisters welcome.
Nycole sketches, you react
Within days you get hand-drawn sketches to react to. Saying “not that one” is easier than describing a ring from scratch. Change anything, as many times as you need, then we lock in a fixed written quote. Nothing gets made until it wins you over on paper.
Pick the stone without the sales pitch
Natural or lab-grown? Nycole lays out the trade-offs without pushing either way. Lab-grown is a real diamond and stretches your budget to a bigger stone; natural carries the older story. Every stone comes with an independent certificate. You're never taking our word for it.
Approve it before it exists
Then comes a 3D render of the exact ring. Turn it around, zoom in, sleep on it. Anything that feels off, Nycole changes. You don't pay for production until you approve the design. Not a euro.
We do our magic
Once you approve, your ring is made by hand in 18k gold, typically in 4–6 weeks. Allow 6–8 weeks from the first chat and you're comfortable. Cutting it close? Tell us on day one and we'll be straight about whether your date is doable.
Now it's your turn
We've handled everything up to here. The ring turns up in a box that's ready for the moment, its certificate tucked inside, nothing left for you to sort out. Size slightly off? The first resize is free. All that's left is the one thing we can't do for you: get down on one knee.

What if I don't know her ring size?
It's the question we get most, and it's always solvable. Borrow a ring she wears on that finger, ask her mum or best friend, or let us design to a close estimate. The first resize is free.
How much does a bespoke engagement ring cost?
Our rings start from €3,500, and the final price depends mainly on the stone you choose and the complexity of the design. You get a fixed written quote before anything is made.
How long does it take?
Once you approve the design, crafting takes 4–6 weeks. Allow 6–8 weeks from the first chat and you're comfortable. Tight on time? Tell us on day one.
Will she find out?
No. All communication stays between us. Discretion is part of the job.
What if she'd rather choose it herself?
Then let her. Plenty of couples design together. Book the call as a pair and make it a shared project. The surprise can be the proposal, not the ring.
